Enjoy 4 courses of expertly prepared, market fresh ingredients by Chef Jamie and his team as they are deliciously paired with fantastic wines from the evening’s selected region.

  • Each dinner is limited to 20 guests/seated at tables of 4
  • The cost is $49.00 per guest (inclusive of tax)
  • Gratuity is to your discretion

1st Course:

  • Neil Ellis Sauvignon Blanc paired with Pan Seared Calamari with Smoked Oysters, Peppadew Peppers & Red Chili Aioli

2nd Course:

  • Spice Route Chenin Blanc paired with Summer Pea Risotto

3rd Course:

  • Fairview Pinotage paired with Duck Confit, Sweet Butter Poached Turnips, Sour Cherry Crisp

4th Course:

  • Wolf Trap Red paired with Short Rib Confit Cauliflower Gratin, Truffle Butter Glazed Fava Beans
