- Arancio Nero d’Avola paired with Honey Balsamic Roasted Duck Breast with Gogonzola Polenta
- Luigi Righetti Valpolicella paired with Coffee Rubbed Lamb Chops, Mascarpone Mushroom Raviolis and Wild Mushroom Broth
