Come join us on September 22nd for the Rioja Street Fare Festival!  Chefs Harold Henderson and myself will be providing the following dish on behalf of Cuisiniers and BARjME; Steamed buns with beet cured salmon, takwan kimchee, napa slaw, & wasabi aioli.  Delish.
