Basic techniques including knife skills & recipe development will be taught.  Class will run approximately 3 hours & will begin promptly at 1pm.

The day menu will include Risotto, Fresh Fish, Salad, Meat, & Dessert

Cost:  $55 per person which includes all equipment, food stuff, and instruction.  Class size is limited to 8 students so register early!
